Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
Little Edition ("we", "us") is run by Paloma Neto, a sole trader based in Ireland. Little Edition is the data controller for the personal data described here, meaning we decide how and why it is used.
What we collect and why
- Edition content (answers, names, photos you add): to create, preview and deliver your magazine. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Account details (email address, sign-in credentials), if you create an account: to save your editions. Legal basis: contract.
- Order records (what you bought and when): to deliver files, allow re-downloads and meet legal record-keeping. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, basic usage logs): to keep the service secure and prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages: to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
We never see or store your card details.
Who we share it with
- Our payment provider, to process your payment securely, prevent fraud, handle tax and send your receipt.
- Service providers for hosting, storage and, if you choose an AI-written quote, our AI provider (only the details you type for the quote).
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- The copies of your photos that Little Edition stores — in this browser's site storage and, if you save to an account, on our servers — are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. The original photos on your own device are never touched.
- Purchased PDFs and order records are kept so you can download again, and as long as the law requires; then deleted or anonymised.
- Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, private storage, and access controls that limit your files to your own account.
Cookies
We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and save your draft. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. We respond within one month. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission). To make a request, please send us a message.
