Terms of Service

Little Edition ("Little Edition", "we", "us") is a website run by Paloma Neto, a sole trader based in Ireland. When you use this website or buy from it, your agreement is with Little Edition.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use Little Edition, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be of legal age to buy, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

What we sell

Little Edition sells digital files only: a Digital PDF and a Printable PDF of the magazine you design, plus optional design extras. We do not print or ship physical products. Creating and previewing an edition is free.

Payment

Payments are handled securely by our trusted payment provider, who processes your card or wallet details on our behalf — we never see or store them. Your receipt is sent by email straight after payment. Prices are one-time payments shown before checkout; there are no subscriptions.

Refunds

Each edition is made to order from your own words, photos and design choices, so it cannot be returned or resold. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you'd like your download to begin immediately, which means the usual cancellation period no longer applies once it's delivered. If a file is faulty, we'll gladly fix it, re-send it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or upload content that is illegal, hateful or harmful;
• use it for fraud, spam or to impersonate others;
• upload content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• interfere with its security, including introducing malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or its designs.

Your content

You keep ownership of the words and photos you add. You confirm you have the right to use them. You give us a limited permission to host and process them only to create and deliver your edition.

We place your photos just as you upload them — we don't retouch, sharpen or enhance them. That means the look of your finished magazine depends on the photos you choose, so we can't take responsibility for images that appear blurry, dark or low-resolution. Your preview shows exactly how each page will look, so we'd warmly encourage a careful look before you buy.

Our intellectual property

Little Edition owns the Little Edition service and all related intellectual property, including the software, magazine designs, layouts, sample content, documentation and branding. Your purchased file is licensed for personal, non-commercial use, including sharing with friends and family and printing copies.

AI-written quotes

If you choose an AI-written quote, it may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before buying.

Accounts

Accounts are optional and free. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Downloads, edits and saved data

With a free account, each purchased edition includes up to 3 downloads and 1 edit. Your edit counts as used once you start it. Guests receive their file once, straight after payment, so we'd suggest keeping it somewhere safe.

To protect your privacy, saved photos and edition data are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Please download anything you'd like to keep before then.

Service level

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. When access ends, saved drafts and photos may be deleted.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for third-party printers you choose. After delivery, you are responsible for storing, backing up and sharing your files; we are not responsible for files that are lost, deleted, altered or misused after you download them. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any rights you have under applicable consumer laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your respective country continue to apply.
